Kairo v0.4.1 hardens account sessions and paid access while keeping the v0.4 product experience unchanged.

• Device-bound signed entitlement leases preserve eligible customer-funded workflows during a transient service interruption without weakening expiry or account checks
• Fail-closed lease validation rejects expired, invalid, clock-rolled-back, wrong-account, and wrong-installation authorization
• Safer sign-out and deletion cleanup requires local account authorization to be cleared before Kairo reports the session as signed out
• Stale-response protection prevents an older account request from overwriting a newer sign-in state
• Corrected billing return links send Checkout and Billing Portal responses to the canonical Kairo account page
• No audio-path change keeps the existing local capture and on-device transcription behavior intact

This release does not add meeting-content collection. Audio and on-device transcription remain local, and billing systems continue to receive only the content-free account and usage records described in Kairo's privacy policy.
